Ceramic water filters can be made as customers wish in filter size.

 

Special feature

 

Conventional ceramic water filters are made by slip casting method.

However, Korea Ceramics developed the extrusion method to provide the most consistent

ceramic performance ever available.

 

One of the most important features of Korea ceramics water filter ( pipe type) is the dimensional consistency, including roundness, concentricity, and wall thickness.

The extrusion process developed by Korea Ceramics much more flexible and efficient than traditional slip casting that relies on changing molds which deteriorate and are time wasting and expensive to continually replace.

 

Korea Ceramics simply cuts to length for customer ' s specific application, avoiding custom mold charges.

 

The extrusion process does not limit the length to just 1000mm parts unlike other ceramic manufacturing methodologies
